How does the 15-day trial work?
Your trial only begins after the reverse osmosis system is installed in your home. You can therefore test the filtered water in your real-life habits, without losing days during shipping or appointment scheduling.
Am I paying for anything today?
No. No payment is made at the time of order. Your payment method is simply saved to prepare the subscription should you choose to continue after the trial.
What happens after I place an order?
We require some photos of your setup to verify compatibility. Once the photos are approved, the machine will be shipped, and then installation will be arranged with our partner.
What does the first payment include if I continue?
If you continue after the trial, the first payment will include the €100 (incl. VAT) setup fee and the first month's subscription. After that, you will only pay your model's monthly fee.
Can I stop during the trial?
Yes. If you do not wish to continue, simply notify us before the end of your trial period. We will cancel the subscription and send you instructions on how to return the machine.
Are filters included in the subscription?
Yes, filters are included in the subscription at the planned frequency. You are supported in maintaining filtered water daily, without having to manage maintenance alone.
