You test the filtered water at home, under real conditions

Your Oja Water trial period only begins after the osmosis system is installed in your home.

For 15 days, you can use the machine daily and check that it meets your expectations: water taste, ease of use, space in the kitchen, consumption habits.

If you wish to continue, you don't need to do anything: the subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial period.

If you prefer to stop, simply notify us before the deadline indicated in your trial start email.

How to stop during the trial?

To stop during the trial period, simply contact the Oja Water team before the end of the 15 days via info@ojawater.com

Your request will be processed by our team, then we will confirm the cancellation of the subscription and the steps to follow for the return of the machine.

As long as your request is made within the specified timeframe, the monthly subscription does not start.

Oja Water will provide you with disconnection and return instructions, as well as a prepaid return label.

Disconnection is carried out by the subscriber, following the instructions provided. Only the osmosis system needs to be returned: the hoses and the 1-way tap remain installed in your home.

The machine must be properly protected for transport, ideally in its original box. If you no longer have the original box, you must provide suitable and sufficiently protective packaging.

The parcel drop-off date marks the effective end of the trial. It confirms that the machine was shipped on time.

In the event of damage related to transport or insufficient packaging, Oja Water reserves the right to charge the residual value of the machine.

What happens after your cancellation request?

Once your request is received, we will guide you through the return steps.

You will receive:

  • confirmation that your request has been taken into account;
  • instructions for preparing the machine for return;
  • the necessary information to arrange shipping;
  • the return label, if applicable to your situation.

The return concerns:

  • the osmosis system;
  • the filters;
  • the power transformer.

The hoses, connections, and dedicated tap installed in your kitchen can remain in place.

The goal is to make the process as simple as possible, without complicated handling.

What if you no longer have the original box?

The machine must be properly protected for transport, ideally in its original box.

If the original box is no longer available, the subscriber must provide suitable and sufficiently protective packaging to prevent any damage during the return.

The parcel drop-off date marks the end of the contract.
The subscription therefore remains active until the machine is actually shipped.

In the event of damage related to transport or insufficient packaging, Oja Water reserves the right to charge the residual value of the machine.

What about the installed tap?

The dedicated tap, hoses, and connections installed in your kitchen can remain in place when the machine is returned.

Only the following items must be returned:

  • the osmosis system;
  • the filters;
  • the power transformer.

This solution avoids unnecessary interventions and simplifies the return of the installation as much as possible.

When should the machine be returned?

If you wish to stop during the trial period, your request must be made within 15 days of the osmosis system installation.

Once the return instructions are received, you have 5 days to ship the machine.

The date the package is dropped off at the Post Office is proof.

This deadline allows for proper closing of the trial and prevents a future due date from remaining scheduled.

What happens if the machine is damaged, incomplete or not returned?

The machine must be returned in a condition consistent with normal use.

In the event of damaged, incomplete, or damaged equipment due to improper packaging or misuse, Oja Water may charge all or part of the residual value of the osmosis system.

The amount eventually charged cannot exceed the residual value of the machine at the time of return.

As long as the machine has not been returned, the subscription remains active.

If you change your mind later

After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Simply submit a request to the Oja Water team.

We will then send you:

  • return instructions;
  • simple dismantling instructions;
  • as well as a return label to facilitate shipping the machine.

The subscription ends on the date the package is dropped off at La Poste.

You can also request the repurchase of your osmosis system according to the stipulated conditions.
