How does it work?
You order without immediate payment, we check that your installation is compatible, then the trial begins only after the osmosis unit has been installed at your home.
With Oja Water, you can test a home water filtration solution without breaking the bank.
You choose your reverse osmosis system, we verify that installation is possible, the machine is installed in your home, and then your trial period begins. If you are satisfied with the water, the subscription automatically continues. If you wish to stop during the trial, simply notify us before the deadline.
The goal is simple: to allow you to discover reverse osmosis water in your daily life, with no unpleasant surprises.
You choose the model best suited for your use:
- Optimos, for a simple, compact, and accessible solution.
- Mineros, for more comprehensive filtration, with integrated remineralization.
Each product page details what is included, the monthly price, trial conditions, and installation operation.
When ordering, you enter your contact information, address, and payment method.
No payment is taken today.
Your credit card is simply registered to prepare the subscription should you choose to continue after the trial period.
To validate the installation, we need a few simple photos:
- a clear photo of the top of the sink and countertop,
- a clear photo of the underside of the sink,
- a photo clearly showing the cold water inlet,
- a photo allowing us to verify the presence of an electrical outlet under the sink.
If there is no outlet available, a power strip is usually sufficient.
The Oja Water team then verifies the compatibility of your installation before preparing the machine for shipment.
If anything else is needed, we will get back to you before proceeding, to avoid any unpleasant surprises during installation.
Once your installation is validated, we prepare and ship your reverse osmosis system.
You will be informed at each step until you receive the machine.
During installation, remember to carefully keep the original box in a dry place.
It may be useful if you ever wish to return the device, either during the trial or later as part of the subscription.
The goal: to allow you to enjoy your filtered water simply, while keeping an easy return solution if necessary.
Once you have received the machine, our installation partner will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.
As soon as the date is confirmed, it will be added to your customer area, and a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically with useful information regarding the service call.
Two working days before the service call, a reminder will be sent to you to ensure everything is ready, particularly that the machine has been received.
On the day of installation, the technician will set up the RO system, check its proper functioning, and explain its use to you in simple terms.
Your trial period does not begin when you place your order.
It only starts when the reverse osmosis system is installed in your home.
From that date, you have 15 days to test the reverse osmosis water daily.
The trial starts from the date your reverse osmosis system is installed.
At the end of the 15 days, three possibilities:
1. You continue
You don't have to do anything: the subscription starts automatically.
The first automatic payment includes:
- installation fees: €100 incl. tax;
- the first month's subscription: €29 incl. tax/month for Optimos; €35 incl. tax/month for Mineros.
Subsequent payments will then only correspond to your monthly subscription amount.
2. You stop
If you wish to stop during the trial period, simply notify us by email before the end of the 15 days following installation.
We will then stop the subscription and send you instructions for returning the machine.
The equipment must be returned within 5 days of your request.
The postmark date serves as proof.
If the cancellation is requested within the deadline and the machine is returned correctly, no payment will be made.
Beyond this period, the installation is considered validated and the first payment becomes due, including:
- installation fees of €100 incl. tax;
- an indivisible first month's subscription.
3. You wish to keep the machine
You can also choose to purchase your reverse osmosis system at any time.
The purchase price changes depending on the time already spent on subscription:
- Mineros: €800 incl. tax initially, then a depreciation of €10 per paid month, with a minimum price of €300 incl. tax;
- Optimos: €500 incl. tax initially, then a depreciation of €7 per paid month, with a minimum price of €200 incl. tax.
What's Included
Your subscription includes:
- provision of the reverse osmosis system;
- pre-installation support;
- installation arranged after your application has been approved;
- filters according to the scheduled frequency;
- customer support;
- subscription monitoring.
What you pay, and when
1️⃣ At the time of order: €0
Your payment method is registered, but no debit is made.
2️⃣ After installation: Your 15-day trial begins.
If you continue after the trial:
First payment = €100 (incl. tax) installation fees + first month's subscription.
Then,
Automatic monthly payment:
- Optimos: €29 (incl. tax) / month;
- Mineros: €35 (incl. tax) / month.
What if I change my mind?
During the trial, you can request termination before the deadline indicated in your trial start email.
We will then send you a return voucher and instructions for returning the machine; you will have 5 days to return the machine.
The postmark date on the parcel will be taken as proof of return.
After the subscription starts, you can also request cancellation according to the conditions set out in your contract.
Any month of subscription started remains due.
Do you want to keep the machine?
You can also choose to buy your RO system at any time.
The buy-back price changes according to the time already spent on subscription:
- Mineros: €800 incl. VAT at the start, then a depreciation of €10 per month paid, with a minimum price of €300 incl. VAT;
- Optimos: €500 incl. VAT at the start, then a depreciation of €7 per month paid, with a minimum price of €200 incl. VAT.
