Your Oja Water subscription
The Oja Water subscription allows you to enjoy a reverse osmosis system at home without a significant initial purchase.
You pay monthly for the use of the solution, support, and services included in the subscription.
When does the subscription start?
The subscription only starts if you continue after the 15-day trial period following installation.
The trial begins once the reverse osmosis system is installed in your home, not at the time of order or shipment.
If no termination request is made before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically.
How much does the subscription cost?
- Optimos: €29 incl. VAT / month.
- Mineros: €35 incl. VAT / month.
What does the first payment include?
The first automatic payment after the trial includes:
- €100 incl. VAT installation fees;
- the first month's subscription.
Thereafter, monthly payments correspond only to the monthly price of the chosen model:
- Optimos: €29 incl. VAT / month;
- Mineros: €35 incl. VAT / month.
What does the subscription include?
Your subscription includes:
- provision of the reverse osmosis system;
- unlimited daily use;
- replacement filters sent annually according to the scheduled frequency;
- ultra-simple maintenance that can be performed by the subscriber in less than one minute, with clear instructions and assistance if necessary;
- unlimited assistance by email, phone, or video for problems related to normal use of the reverse osmosis system;
- Oja Water support throughout your subscription.
In case of a technical problem, we prioritize remote diagnosis to limit unnecessary interventions.
Interventions related to misuse, material damage, or lack of maintenance may be subject to specific charges.
How are payments managed?
Payments are automatically debited each month via the payment method registered at the time of order.
No payment is made before the end of the trial period.
In case of payment failure, our team may contact you to regularize the situation.
In case of persistent non-payment despite reminders, a recovery procedure may be initiated.
How to cancel?
You can request to stop your subscription at any time according to the stipulated conditions.
Depending on your situation, two options may be offered:
- return of the machine;
- purchase of the reverse osmosis system.
In case of return, Oja Water will provide you with instructions and a return label to facilitate the shipment of the machine.
The equipment must be returned properly protected, ideally in its original box.
The date of parcel deposit at the post office marks the end of the contract.
The request can be made by email.
What happens in case of a return?
In case of trial termination or cancellation with machine return, Oja Water will provide you with disconnection and return instructions, as well as a prepaid return label.
Disconnection is performed by the subscriber, following the instructions provided by Oja Water.
Only the reverse osmosis system must be returned. Hoses and the 1-way faucet remain installed at the subscriber's premises.
The machine must be properly protected for transport, ideally in its original box. If the original box is no longer available, the subscriber must provide suitable and sufficiently protective packaging.
The date of parcel deposit marks the end of the contract. The subscription therefore remains active until the effective shipment of the machine.
In case of damage related to transport or insufficient packaging, Oja Water reserves the right to charge the residual value of the machine.
Can I purchase the machine?
Yes, you can request to purchase your reverse osmosis system at any time.
The purchase price depends on the model and the number of months already spent on subscription:
- Mineros: €800 incl. VAT initially, then a depreciation of €10 per paid month, with a minimum price of €300 incl. VAT
- Optimos: €500 incl. VAT initially, then a depreciation of €7 per paid month, with a minimum price of €200 incl. VAT.
After purchase, the subscription ends and you become the full owner of your reverse osmosis system.
