Prepare my installation

To ensure your installation goes smoothly, this page tells you which photos to send to the Oja Water team before your reverse osmosis system is shipped.

Have you received our email requesting photos?
Simply reply to that email with the requested photos, without changing the subject line. This allows us to directly link your photos to your file.

Before shipping your reverse osmosis system, our team verifies that your installation is compatible. To do this, we may ask you for a few simple photos of your kitchen and the space under your sink.

Examples of expected photos

Here are some examples to guide you. No need for a perfect photo: the important thing is that the area is clearly visible.

1. Top of the sink

Take a photo showing the sink and the countertop around it.

2. Under the sink

Take a clear view of the space available under the sink.

3. Cold water supply

Try to clearly show the cold water supply connection.

4. Electrical outlet

If visible or accessible, add a photo of the electrical outlet under the sink.

Which photos to send?

Ideally, send us:

  • a clear photo of the top of the sink and the countertop;
  • a clear photo of the area under the sink;
  • a photo clearly showing the cold water supply;
  • a photo to verify the presence of an electrical outlet under the sink, if it is visible or accessible.

Why are these photos important?

These photos allow our team to verify that the chosen model is suitable, that there is sufficient space, and that the installation can be carried out under good conditions.

They also help identify specific points, for example around the tap, water supply, drainage, or the available space under the sink.

What's next?

Once the photos are received, our team checks your file.

If everything is compatible, your reverse osmosis system is prepared and then shipped. Our installation partner will then contact you to set an appointment date.

Your 15-day trial period will only begin after installation.
